Tools & Tips for Your FVV Club Travels

Our resort has "contactless" check-in. We do not have a check-in desk, only a check-in lockbox. Mandatory on-line pre-registration is required prior to arrival in order to get the lockbox instructions and code for key retrieval. Unit keys are left in our lockbox for pre-registered guests only. Please pre-register at least 1 week prior to your arrival to get lockbox code. Pre-registration is done on-line and not over the phone. We also require a valid driver's license photo (or passport for international guest), along with your confirmation paperwork (and/or guest certificate) from your booking agent prior to your arrival. Security deposit and incidental fee is required (credit cards only). Cleaning fee required for less than 7 nights. Earliest check-in time is 4:00 pm.

Please note: All condos are located away from the check-in location box. Please make sure that you have transportation. No RV, motor home, campers, boats, or any trailers are not allowed on property. No Pets allowed. All ADA Service Dogs must pre-register with the resort prior to arrival. This is a NO smoking resort.
